It has come to our attention that sometimes e-mails sent direct to our e-mail address do not get through. For this reason we ask that where possible you use the following online contact form to get in touch with us.
Please note that answering E-mail enquiries has become a considerable drain on resources. We answer all genuine enquiries, but the e-mail system is by no means perfect. If you did not receive a reply, it could be that we did not receive your enquiry or our reply did not get through. Also some firewalls reject our replies - which we have no control over.
In future, any enquiries such as:
"I know you don't sell them, but - where can I buy a left handed widget?
"Can you supply a a full set of laser cut parts for a 1/4 scale Short Sunderland
for less than £20?"
will unfortunately be ignored, as will:-
Any untitled enquiries (for obvious reasons).
In addition we do not open unexpected attachments (Pictures or documents) as we cannot afford the risk and time to process them. Drawings/ Photographs that are part of orders are best sent by post.
